Group Personal Training combines the distinct advantage of individual training – the intensiv personal support – with the unique dynamics of group training. The workouts that are carried out by our qualified coaches and are based on the lastest sports science knowledge and are suitable for every fitness level. All exercises are presented in various levels of difficulty to make sure that everyone can get the most from the session.
In Group Personal Training we mainly work outdoors. All exercises are done with the use of small training equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells or TRX as well as bodyweight exercises. This machine free approach promotes functionality and burn more calories than machine based training.
HIT Training is an effective combination between interval and strength training to deliver the greatest results in a short period of time.
