After you have received your confirmation email from us, proceed to download our free app from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), directly onto your mobile device.
SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Customise your account and enter various body stats metrics such as weight and body fat. You are also able to take progress pictures to document your success over the course of your program.
FOLLOW THE PROGRAM
