Working within the IT-sector, René developed a keen interest in how to get the best out of the human anatomy. This reinforced his intention to help clients reach their desired goals through a variety of fitness modalities. During his apprenticeship towards becoming a management assistant in sports and fitness, one of René's many responsibilities was to cater to the health club members various needs on a daily basis. René also focused on coaching private clients as part of his daily routine.
Upon completing his apprenticeship, René took on the position as a Sports Franchise Manager. René's diverse responsibilities included designing training programs, these programs focused on functional training, mobility and posterior chain training for a highly reputable German health club. While developing and growing within his role René supervised the Adidas Runners track athletes in Munich, exposure to these clients made René rediscover his passion for personal training and direct client contact which brings him enormous pleasure.
In René's humble opinion movement, nutrition and a positive mindset are pivotal pillars of his coaching philosophy and his private lifestyle. René’s most important value is individualism regarding the different body types and needs of his clients, he is always aspiring to help them feel great within their bodies.
