Good health and fitness has been an integral part of Francis' life as far back as he can remember. He view’s daily physical activity to be as important as breathing. Francis believes that by investing in good health today through daily exercises combined with a well devised nutritional plan, positive changes will manifest physically and mentally and pay dividends in the months and years to come.
Francis' passion for health & fitness began early in his youth playing Academy Football until l the age of 19 at various clubs including West Ham United in the U.K. A serious knee injury did not deter his journey in the fitness industry, instead it opened new doors of opportunity. Francis was spurred on to complete a Sports and Exercise Science degree at Bedfordshire University in 2002.
With 3 years experience woking in the GCC (Kuwait and UAE), Francis has helped people progress and achieve their goals.
Francis' fitness philosophy is to utilize a variety of functional movement patterns within a given fitness program to allow his clients to move freely and confidently at every opportunity like the athletes they are destined to be. Freedom of movement without limitations is his motto.
