Enhancing The Quality Of Movement
The health services offered by YourGym - Private Therapy are charged as a private treatment option. Our concept allows for the extra time involved in conversations, tests or screenings. It is therefore not possible to bill your health insurer directly. Generally, however, every patient is welcome - no matter what their age or fitness level, you are most welcome to work with us and settle your payments directly.
We recommend you attain a doctor's prescription. Just discuss a potential physiotherapeutic treatment with your doctor of choice. Please feel free to contact us should you require a recommendation for a particular medical specialist. YourGym is an independent service provider and is in constant exchange with superb network partners.
The duration of the treatment and/or training session involves roughly one hour with one of our therapists. Please allow for additional time for possible passive measures such as heat and cryotherapy, electro- or magneto-therapy. We can gladly provide you with exact information on the costs involved during your first personal contact with us.
Do not hesitate to contact us and tell us your individual concerns. We look forward to hearing from you.

HOW WE SETTLE:
COST & INSURANCE
Through physiotherapy we aim to restore the natural function of the musculoskeletal system using manual mobilization and other therapeutic techniques. Following a thorough evaluation, we will develop a treatment plan, in consultation with your doctor if required. A strategy, which we will establish with you, ensures that you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
Depending on the findings and treatment goals we will draw on our multi-faceted expertise to find a therapy best suited to your needs. We call on classic physiotherapy, manual therapy, massage, heat and cryotherapy, magnetic field therapy, electro – and ultrasonic therapy, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic laser.
Active therapy is one of our cornerstones when dealing with the underlying cause in order to find a solution. We will demonstrate which exercises you may complete in each distinct phase. Individual training plans will be provided to you, to assist you in making significant progress at home, beyond our training environment.
Sports physiotherapy is a specialized area within the field of physiotherapy.
YourGym - Private Therapy is integrating the latest scientific knowledge and our longstanding experience in high-performance sports into our treatment. Consequently, you will not only benefit from our high standards but also from our extensive network.
Sports physiotherapy related services:
· Classic taping (eg. following ligament injuries to the ankle)
· Strategically applied Kinesio Tape
· Medical training therapy and structured training regimes
· Reintegration into sporting activities
· Return-to-Activity Testing (RTA) to assess sport specific functions
Rehabilitation means comprehensive and intensive care. In your initial phase of healing your physiotherapist will employ mainly passive treatment techniques and further supportive measures. These treatments, such as those involving the decrease of swelling and pain or an increase of mobilization, can speed up your recovery. Depending on your state of recovery, we will proceed with individually tailored active therapy, which will allow you to reach your goal step by step.
Whether you are an ambitious recreational or professional athlete, we will restore your fitness for sports and everyday life. In doing so, we call upon our many years of experience in high-performance sports and the most modern equipment. With Return-to-Activity (RTA) Tests we can objectively measure if your rehabilitation is complete or whether further interventions are required.
Even if you are not involved in sports, you are in good hands with us. All rehabilitation is individually designed, based on the needs and goals of every patient.
