In Semi-Private Training we implement the advantages of individual training for 2 people. This means you can train together with your partner, friend or colleague while still receiving full attention from on of our training professionals. Your trainer ensures that you will be challenged individually based on their current fitness level, age, gender etc.
One of the main benefits of this type of training is the increased motivation through the challenge of having a training partner. This could also help tremendously in achieving each other’s training goals. These sessions can be done In-Home or outside, at a location of your choice.
