Dina - YourGym Client of the Month | October

Dina has been working with Joseph for around 6 months now. She is a true role model. She works extremely hard. Her initial goal was to increase mobility, strength and fitness. These are broad goals, however in our time working together Dina has really flourished.
What we love about Dina is her enthusiasm to learn, try new things and constantly improve. When Joseph first started with her, she was not very flexible, mobile or strong. Now she performing exercises with great form and displays a high level of strength.
Dina is the first to tell me she has watched a video that has inspired her and she dreams big as a result. For example she is desperate to achieve pull ups. She is now extremely close and this is a testament to her dedication both in and outside of sessions.
Dina is a motivator too. She has recommend our services to friends who have begun training as a result. It takes a special person to influence others so positively and Dina's is definitely influencing her friends and family.
The highlight of Dina's training so far would be the month of Ramadan. Dina was fasting for this month, but with each training session she did not want to let up. It just emphasises the dedication she has. She will be competing in the Tough Mudder event this December and she will be more than ready.
In training for tough mudder the intensity of sessions has increased. There is no moaning, Dina just puts her head down and says "bring it" This is the attitude that stands out makes Dina a worthy winner of our client of the month award.
In her own words:
“I’ve been training with Joe for around 6 Months, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week & then increased to three times a week! I must be a glutton for punishment
Joe is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& REALLY fun!!). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete intense circuits & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
