With YourGym's Private Swimming Lesson, we can accomodate swimmers from non-swimmer level all the way up to triathlon athletes. Whether you simply wish to learn how to swim, or to become a more confident swimmer or to really fine tune your skills in time for the next competition - we are here for you. All techniques are taught in a progressive manner and are grouped into breast stroke, freestyle, backstroke and butterfly.
Our team consists of motivated, qualified trainers and coaches that will deliver a planned program for success and enjoyment. Our goal is to teach children to swim, allowing them to become confident in the water and develop their swimming skills within a structured, relaxed friendly environment. Sessions include floating, breathing & kicking to help them gain a better feel for the water. These are the fundamental movements which will be used throughout the swimming program. Once our swimmers have the basic fundamentals they will progress through the levels as their skills develop.
